At Bottle Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your food-grade packaging. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet your specifications, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused bottles and containers in their original packaging to ensure they remain sanitary and protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods for food-safety compliance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
